Meet the Team
Barry has been the Managing Director for over 10 years and involved in Residential Lettings and Property Management for the last 20 years. He has lived in South Belfast for most of his life and enjoys hill walking, reading and current affairs. Barry's duties include adhering to the Letting Ombudsman's Code of Practice, Marketing and Business Development.
Lisa has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Sales / Management and has relocated from Wales where she managed a high profile agency with a large portfolio of properties. She is responsible for the all Operations throughout Property Link working closely with the Managing Director. She specialises in, property maintenance, project management and refurbishments, HMO properties and all current Health and Safety legislation.
Lettings / Housing Administrator
Sam joined Property Link in 2012 and is a valued member of the team - Working closely with other members of staff Sam deals with all aspects of the Lettings / Sales administration dealing with landlords, tenants, vendors and solicitors. Re-signing tenants/preparing contracts, bond registration and any landlord and tenant queries are just some of the duties Sam carries out on a day to day basis.
Accounts Administrator/Credit Controller
Sarah has joined the Property Link Team and has extensive experience in accounts and credit control. She is responsible for all landlord and tenants accounts queries, receipting payments, problem solving and credit control and landlord payments.
